How Was The Time Travel Meditation Created? 

As a former pro athlete I have always believed in the power of visualization. From my experience, it just works, and science has proven the impact visualization can have on an individual’s performance. Once night I was watching Gaia TV, and an episode came on talking about how the brain can think about something and the physical interprets it to be true. To the body our thought create a reality – the reason why our body responds in a negative way to trauma and thinking about bad things in the past and in a positive way when thinking about loving memories. The body will respond like the situation is happening right now, even if we are just thinking about it in our brain. I then started realizing that Time Travel is 100 percent possible, even if our physical body never leaves the present space – we can meditate and visualize and put our spirit in the future – creating a real experience for our soul to learn and grow. Months of research on the best ways to meditate, visualize, and breath led to months of practice fine tuning the meditation. The impacts have been profound in my own life and the time is now to share it with the world.
